Once a premium membership or subscription plan is activated, it cannot be cancelled.
Users may choose not to renew their membership after expiry, but mid-term cancellation is not possible.

All payments made for premium memberships are final and non-refundable.
Refunds will only be considered in the following cases:
- Duplicate payment due to technical error.
- Payment gateway issues leading to incorrect charges.
No refunds will be issued for unused subscription days or change of mind.

In case of payment-related disputes, users are requested to contact our support team within 7 working days of the transaction.
